The Teen Choir Program is a community music program sponsored by Pilgrim Lutheran Church . The choir is made up of student members and friends in grades 9-12. It practices on the 3rd Sunday of each month from 10:00-11:00 AM and then performs at the 11:00 AM contemporary service.
The Teen Choir program gives the opportunity for students to gain solo and ensemble experience. Each service, students are selected to perform both Classical and Modern solos with the programs orchestra and band as well as group numbers and duets. These experiences allow students to gain confidence performing in a no-stress and positive environment and to gain experience singing with instrumentalists. Many of our members go on to be to be music majors in college and professional musicians.
